The Practice
Lifetime Medical Care was founded in 2014 by Shelly Damschroder, a nurse practitioner, who felt the need for a comprehensive and compassionate patient oriented care setting. A practice that would serve families, individuals, children and seniors without charging a practice membership fee. She felt everyone deserved equal care no matter which insurance they may or may not have. She accepts Medicare, AHCCCS, commercial insurances and self pay patients. I value listening to my patients, teaching them about their health conditions, discussing treatment options using nationally recognized treatment guidelines and developing personalized treatment plans that included preventative health goals.
Thom Hudson FNP-C joined our practice in 2021. He brings a wealth of experience to the practice and a great resource for men's health concerns.
